Seems to me that Network TV has gone wild promoting Black People in management positions. Almost EVERY show has shuffled management to black leadership. TWO shows this week had the top two leaders black. And best of all, ALL subordinates were white.

One very successful crime show had an appointment position runoff and the black lady was promoted and guess what, it was plainly stated that her promotion was because she was black. Do you think black folks might go bananas if a TV show blatantly stated that a person was promoted BECAUSE they were white?

I’m sorry folks but the fix for blacks being underrepresented in management for decades is not promoting people JUST because they are black. How about major sports teams hiring white athletes JUST because they are white and are underrepresented on all professional teams.

To sum up my thinking, for 60 years I have maintained the position that a company or government agency should hire THE MOST QUALIFIED APPLICANT not the applicant of the right color. Who would want a lessor-qualified applicant for any position? If the black woman is infinitely qualified and the white guy is a mediocre performer, why would any employer hire the lessor, black or white?

To illustrate my point, I live in a very remote area and I will honestly state that if a package is being delivered by UPS, FedEx, or US Mail, I can expect a non-delivery one-third of the time. I find it interesting that all three of the companies apparently hire only one type of employee. No kidding, ALL from one race. I’ve watched some of these drivers drive by my place when I know that my package is out for delivery and they don’t even slow down, Then my status is changed to UNABLE TO DELIVER when there was no attempt. I guess lying is a part of incompetency!

So let me ask the question we all have. In the 21st century, has the white race all become retarded and unable to compete in the workplace against ALL minorities? Is the minority person always the best choice? Ah, that would be a YES because they are always the minority.
